Goals for this Project:
Its a 50 acre plot with mostly lone leaf pine and some hardwoods, marshponds planted in millet for ducks with natural grasses on the edges for turkey and quail. This track also has persimmions tress, wild black berries and plenty of gallberry bushs too. I am in the process of 6th row thinning the pine rows mostly in the southern section, we just had a wild fire go through the northeast section. my aim is to have a healthy managed deer herd, with brooding habitat for ground bird.
