OK, nice piece of property. I know you will get a lot of advice on plots but here is another take on things. If it was my property, yes, I would have food plots but also I would want parts of the woods to be the thickets, gnarliest deer hiding stuff you can get. Stuff you can barely walk through and cant see 10 feet. When the pressure gets put on big deer, thats where they will go. Open timber, they will stay in very long. Of the properties I have permission to hunt, that is what is missing. A place to truly hold the deer when they feel pressured.

Also, how did you create your pond, we have been considering this for the future. We have a lot of water but no ponds.
